We offer shipping throughout New Zealand with the following options:

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Local Pickup: Available at checkout

Australia Shipping:

We offer shipping throughout Australia with the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-9 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-6 business days

 

International Shipping:

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

  • Standard International Shipping: 3–13 business days.

 

Shipping Information

Inara Collection partners with NZ Post for all domestic and international deliveries.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email including your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

For international orders sent via NZ Post Economy, once the parcel arrives in the destination country, it will be handed over to the local postal service for customs clearance and final delivery.

 

Processing Time

All orders are carefully processed within 1-2 business days. Each piece is thoughtfully hand-picked and packaged with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

Auckland Pick-Ups

If you’d prefer to collect your order in person, simply select the pick-up option at checkout.

Pick-up is available for Auckland customers only. The collection location is in The Gardens, Auckland (the full address will be provided once your order is ready).

Once your order has been placed, a member of our team will contact you via email within 2–3 business days with pick-up details.

Please note: After receiving your pick-up details, kindly reply to the email or send us a message on Instagram @inaracollection__ to confirm the date and time you’ll be collecting your order.
