All items are carefully quality-checked before being shipped.

We take pride in the quality of our jewellery and carefully inspect each piece before it leaves our studio. Due to hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds.

However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Please ensure your address details are correct at the time of purchase, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping information.
